The project included a complete interior demolition and major structural revisions to the building and foundations to bring it into compliance with current handicap and accessibility standards. Work included adding new elevator service to all levels, as well as replacing structural interior floor systems, interior walls, fire protection systems, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, windows, doors, roofing, building insulation and stairways.

This state of the art facility was designed to service student wellness needs including Health Services, Psychiatric, Alcohol and Drug Counseling, as well as a third floor Wellness and Spirituality Center.
